Lets face it sometimes our dogs can be simply scaredy cats. This video may be especially funny for those who have ever owned both a cat and dog at the same time. I know it was for me.
When my family and I brought home our three month old dog, Maggie, our eleven year old cat, Cookie, was not too ecstatic. Cookie would look at Maggie, then us, then back at maggie and again to us. It was as if she was telling my family and I, "You don't plan on keeping this thing do you. I don't remember giving you my consent." As a pup Maggie would be curious and approach Cookie with love, but was given the cold shoulder. As she grew up Maggie learned to avoid our cat. Our house had two floors and Cookie would enjoy trapping Maggie to the bottom floor by setting post in the middle of the stairs. Maggie would fidget and moan - setting one paw on the stairs, then removing it and walking in circles. Eventually she would give up and lay at the bottom. She would stay there until either Cookie got bored and moved or one of us helped walk her up. Thankfully as time went on and Cookie got older she became less hostile toward Maggie. Ultimately they became good pals and lived harmoniously.
Anyway enjoy this compilation video.
